As a small family-run business, we have been renting out accommodation for leisure or business purposes since 2013. We strive to provide our guests with everything they need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The VillaLiptov is situated in a quiet area and we offer accommodation in two villas.
Villa 5

Villa # 5
On the ground floor is the living area with a kitchenette and a dining area. There is a seating area with a sofa and two armchairs, and the wood-burning stove adds to the cosy atmosphere.
You can entertain yourselves with board games or by watching television. The kitchen features a fitted unit with a ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is also a fridge-freezer. The living area opens onto an outdoor terrace and a small courtyard with seating and a barbecue. On the ground floor, there is one double bedroom furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle and toilet. There is also a sofa bed here which can sleep one or two people. There is an additional toilet by the entrance to the villa.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower cubicle, bath and toilet. The hallway provides access to a roof terrace with a wooden seating area, offering views of the mountains and the waters of the Bešeňová reservoir.
Further outdoor seating and a fire pit are available within the complex, which comprises several accommodation units. Children can make new friends at the playground, which has a slide, swings, climbing frames and a trampoline.
You can park your cars right next to the villa. Wi-Fi and internet access are, of course, provided.

For children, there is a high chair, a cot, a shared playground on the premises and board games. A washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are also available.

Parking by the property (2 parking spaces) – one space directly in front of the house and one on the road next to the house.

VILLA #6
Villa 6 has the same layout as Villa 5. The living area, bathrooms and first floor are all of the same high standard and include a sofa, armchairs and a television in the living area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that opens onto an outdoor terrace with seating and a barbecue. The only difference is that the ground-floor bedroom has an extra bed (not a sofa bed), in addition to the double bed, making it suitable for a maximum of nine people. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms which can accommodate six people. There is also a shared bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and washing machine. The hallway leads directly onto the roof terrace, which has wooden seating and offers views of the mountains and the Bešeňová Reservoir.
